We put in place Service Level Agreements that guide our service delivery and provide clients with a clear picture of what we will do, how, and when. This covers everything from the training and qualification of employees, the range of products offered, to delivery schedules and account administration.
We take pride in the quality of product and level of service that we provide.
Customers can opt to be serviced on regular fortnightly or monthly delivery schedules, or can place orders when delivery is required. Orders can be placed by telephone, email, or through our website.
Service and Sanitisation
All Caraquill watercoolers are serviced and sanitised quarterly in accordance with the recommendations of Irish Standard IS 432:2010. The service, carried out by trained technicians, includes replacement of filters, components, and complete sanitisation of the unit. Watercoolers are automatically scheduled for servicing, however, additional service requests can be made by telephone, email, or through our website, and will be dealt with on a next-day basis where possible.
Installation of mains-fed watercoolers and of domestic and commercial water purification systems are carried out by qualified personnel with extensive training and experience in the areas of water purification, installation best practice, and water hygiene.
